Latino Leadership Alliance of the Lehigh Valley accomplishes its mission of strengthening the Latino community through its committees. Each committee seeks to accomplish the following strategic goals:
Education development by: a. promoting existing educational programs;
b. awarding scholarships
c. recognizing the accomplishments of Latino students
Leadership development by: a. preparing leaders that will assume the mission of the LLA;
b. providing leadership for the community
Health by promoting:
b. health careers for Latinos;
c. culturally and linguistically appropriate services
Public Relations Committee
Promoting organization by: a. creating a positive public image of the organization;
b. motivate members to be active within organization activities and events;
c. encourage prospective members to join the organization;
d. encourage prospective partners and sponsors to fund projects and activities of the organization;
